وقد انتشرت صورة لمايا خلال حفل الزفاف برفقة والدتها وهي من أصل روسي، وأكد المتابعون ان مايا نسخة عن والدتها، كما شبهها البعض بملكة جمال لبنان السابقة جورجينا رزق.
